You may have recently received a notice from us concerning your purchase and our back to factory to renew the guarantee for another year. The following will be performed: Our jewelers will hand check each stone, they will tighten any loose stones, they will reset any stones that come out during cleaning or polishing, they will round out the ring, refinish and remove any deep scratches, polish the ring, ultrasonically clean and steam out dirt. There will be a charge for any additional work that may be required. Upon completion your ring will be guaranteed for an additional year.
